Noelle B. Catalan, Associate
Born and raised in Hawaii, Noelle is a graduate of Punahou School. In 2003, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where she majored in Political Science.
Noelle obtained her law degree, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii in 2006. While in law school, she was a member and Managing Editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, she also received CALI awards for the highest grades in Constitutional Law I and Constitutional Law II.
