Joseph W. Huster, Associate

A California native, Joseph came to Hawaii in 1978 as a member of the U.S. military.  He graduated from the University of Hawaii with High Honors in 1991.
Joseph subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy.  He taught courses in logic, political philosophy, and ethics at the University of Utah from 1994 through 2003.  Joseph graduated from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2005.

Returning to the islands in 2005, Joseph clerked at the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals.  He currently practices in the firm’s litigation department. 

Joseph Huster has litigation experience in the following areas:
