Damon Key’s Intellectual Property Law Practice Group helps clients identify and protect their intellectual property, and to confidently enter into business transactions relating to the use, licensing, or sale of their intellectual property.

Intellectual Property Assets – assist clients with identifying and taking an inventory of their intellectual property assets and auditing their usage of intellectual property belonging to others.

Intellectual Property Registration – prepare and oversee the processing of both State and Federal applications to register trademarks and copyrights, including required post-registration filings, and assisting clients by coordinating with licensed patent counsel for patent prosecution.

Intellectual Property Agreements – prepare intellectual property assignment and licensing contracts and other various intellectual property-related contracts, such as publishing agreements and web site development agreements.

Intellectual Property Disputes – represent clients in various intellectual property disputes, including infringement and cybersquatting cases.
