provide advice to clients and assist with the protection of

provide registration and compliance assistance to investment
advisors and financial professionals, and advise clients
regarding private offerings of securities.
e-Business – advise clients regarding
various Internet-related legal issues, draft web site
development agreements, represent clients in cybersquatting
cases.
Nonprofit Laws – assist clients with the
formation of nonprofit entities and applying for 501(c)(3)
status, and advising clients regarding nonprofit corporation
laws and fundraising laws.
Franchises – advise clients regarding
franchise law requirements, including the formation,
registration, operation, purchase and sale of a franchise.
