Administrative Law – assist clients with various administrative filings and applications, and represent clients in various forms of administrative hearings.

Intellectual Property – in coordination with the firm’s Intellectual Property Law practice group, provide advice to clients and assist with the protection of trademarks, trade names, trade dress, copyrights, and patents.

Investment Advisory and Securities – provide registration and compliance assistance to investment advisors and financial professionals, and advise clients regarding private offerings of securities.

e-Business – advise clients regarding various Internet-related legal issues, draft web site development agreements, represent clients in cybersquatting cases.

Nonprofit Laws – assist clients with the formation of nonprofit entities and applying for 501(c)(3) status, and advising clients regarding nonprofit corporation laws and fundraising laws.

Franchises – advise clients regarding franchise law requirements, including the formation, registration, operation, purchase and sale of a franchise.
