The attorneys in the Bankruptcy and Creditor's
Rights Practice Group engage in all areas of business
reorganization, workouts and mediation from the perspective of
creditors, creditor committees, trustees and debtors.
The Firm's practice extends to counseling on
creditors' rights, and the restructuring and renegotiation of
lender and financing arrangements in order to protect lenders.
In addition, members of the Practice Group have served on the
local rules committee; are active in the bankruptcy section of
the Hawaii State Bar Association; and are members of the
Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy Section of Meritas, an
international affiliation of independent law firms.
We represent clients in reorganizations,
bankruptcy proceedings and secured transactions. The Firm
represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings and state court
foreclosure actions, The firms also represents state court
commissioners. The Firm represents parties interested in
acquiring assets or controlling equity positions in financially
