Prior to joining the firm in 1969, Denis served as City and County of Honolulu, Deputy Corporation Counsel and as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii.

He is the firm's Managing Director, and his practice emphasizes real estate and matters concerning financial institutions.
